Calling all book lovers in Colorado … the Authors’ Book Tea will be held on Saturday afternoon, April 27 in my home from 1 to 4 pm. Suggest you add a HOLD to the date to come and enjoy … Loved it that the big weekly in the metro Denver area did a full article feature on it—woot … and thank you to the Villager!

| Saturday at
the BN Colorado Blvd store all day with 10 other authors was fun—selling lots of books and getting back into the author groove of meeting, greeting, and connecting with new fans. It was a bookselling homerun for all. This week, on Sunday, April 28, it’s book selling day and supporting the Colorado Authors Hall of Fame Scholarship fund at the BN in Southlands Mall. If you are in Colorado, come see us.
My grumble for the week is the removal of anything in the “groups” category—like Facebook—that is no longer available to post to from the many
CRM platforms most of us use for social media sanity postings—the Later, Loomly, Egar, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
And, as I wrap up my Avoid Book Publishing Blunders Month, it’s been a good thing. New followers. Lots of comments. I’m prepping for next month—31 new posters and reminders for
the “why” … why speak on your book and expertise. Each day, I’ll be posting tips and reminders out to enchance your author success on my social media channels—loved the ongoing feedback I’m getting. May is Speak on Your Book Month. How about you … have you thought about creating a day or week or month around your book or expertise?

The April and May B&N Bookfairs are
set up—agreements are signed with each and books have been ordered. Grateful for the support B&N has given to the Authors Hall of Fame since its inception. Sunday, April 28 is Southlands Mall in Aurora, and May 11 at WestVillage in Lakewood. On August 4, we will be in Colorado Springs Briargate—all BN events are Colorado based.
