| Well … what can I say. It was an unexpected, bumpy week for me last week when I tore my quad muscle and tendon doing an oh so common move that we all do every day. It involved my leg that a new knee replacement was done on. Another surgery today, then a
looooooong rehab time. Leg brace, wheel chair, walker, crutches. So uncool for summer time!

What I did is what world athletes experience and then are out for the season. As one of my clients reminded me—Judith—you are not a world athlete … you are a Word Athlete! Okay, Ill accept that and it’s a GREAT thing my brain is still working and I
can be in the Word Athlete™ zone! Onward I go … your healing thoughts and vibes welcomed.
