Salons for May… meetup.com/authoryousalons/

Question of the Week ... I submitted the manuscript that my publisher committed
to and the editor accepted it, paying the balance of the advance. Now it wants me to change it and write a different book. What should I do?
Answer: If you submitted the book agreed upon in your initial contract, you completed your side. If the publisher now wants a totally different book, it’s a
new contract and should be negotiated as such. Don’t cave in here. You delivered what you committed to.

Smile of the Week Love it when I find a shorty video that amuses and creates laugh out loud moments. Love it when I find a fun shorty—a quick smile, a laugh out loud, a learn something new, and a sip of
tea … and back to work—perfect. How cool is this shadow art to Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World.” Simply wonderful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uiyeq3xLJEw
