At the end of Day 1, The Winnie-the-Pooh
Project hit the 94% mark with 29 more days to go. Being part of the team, it’s Happy Dance time—knowing that we will fund … and overfund … before day 30 hits. Knowing that so many special needs children will be recipients of the Pooh bear and knowing that we can stretch our internal goals and overflow to the next big project. So grateful for the early supporters.

Question: I’m on overload … any suggestions to bring sanity back to what I need to get done?
Answer: Sure … let’s start simple—with a piece of paper, divide it into four sections. In the upper left, put ASAP. In the upper right, put 7 DAYS. In
the lower-left, put 30 DAYS. In the lower right, put FUTURE. Now, start listing what you need want. All the urgent/must do NOW, goes in ASAP. Everything else gets moved off your radar. In the 7 DAYS, what must be accomplished within that time frame—add it here. For items that you have some breathing room; ones that need to be done before 30 DAYS pass, add there. The FUTURE is for everything else.
